Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions governing the use of the Retro Game Web Player (the “Service”) provided by this website.

By accessing or using the Service, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 – Description of the Service

The Service provides a web-based playback environment (emulator functionality) that allows users to run game data that they have legally obtained and personally own, strictly for personal use.

The Service does not sell, distribute, share, host, rent, or provide any game software, ROM files, disk images, or other copyrighted content.

The Service does not encourage, promote, facilitate, or support copyright infringement.

Article 2 – Conditions of Use

Users must comply with all applicable copyright laws and other relevant laws and regulations when using the Service.

Only game data that the user has lawfully purchased and personally owns may be used with the Service.

Use of any data owned by third parties without authorization from the respective rights holder is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 – Prohibited Conduct

Article 4 – Responsibility

The Service assumes no responsibility for the legality, ownership, or rights status of any game data used by users.

The Service shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from a user’s violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Users are solely responsible for their use of the Service and any data they choose to load.

Article 5 – Modification or Termination of the Service

The Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

The Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such changes.

Article 6 – Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, or security.

The Service may not function properly depending on the user’s device, browser, network environment, or other technical conditions.

Under no circumstances shall the Service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

当サイト（以下「当サービス」といいます）が提供する
**Retro Game Web Player（レトロゲーム・ウェブプレイヤー）**の利用条件を定めるものです。
利用者の皆さまには、本規約に同意のうえ、当サービスをご利用いただくものとします。

第1条（サービス内容）

  1. 当サービスは、利用者が合法的に入手・所有しているゲームデータを、
    個人利用の範囲内で再生するための、ウェブ上の再生環境（エミュレーター機能）を提供するものです。

  2. 当サービスは、ゲームソフト、ROMデータ、ディスクデータ等の
    販売・配布・共有・レンタルを一切行いません。

  3. 当サービスは、著作権を侵害する行為を助長・推奨するものではありません。

第2条（利用条件）

  1. 利用者は、当サービスを利用するにあたり、
    著作権その他の法令を遵守するものとします。

  2. 利用できるゲームデータは、
    利用者本人が正当に購入・所有しているものに限ります。

  3. 第三者が権利を有するデータを、
    権利者の許諾なく利用することは禁止します。

第3条（禁止事項）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 著作権法その他の法令に違反する行為

  2. 他者のゲームデータ、ROM、ディスクデータ等を不正に利用・共有する行為

  3. 当サービスを通じて、違法または不正なコンテンツを配布する行為

  4. 当サービスの運営を妨害する行為

  5. その他、当サービスが不適切と判断する行為

第4条（責任の所在）

  1. 当サービスは、利用者が使用するゲームデータの
    合法性・権利関係について一切の責任を負いません。

  2. 利用者が本規約または法令に違反したことにより
    発生したトラブル・損害について、当サービスは責任を負いません。

  3. 利用者は、自己の責任において当サービスを利用するものとします。

第5条（サービスの変更・停止）

  1. 当サービスは、事前の通知なく、
    サービス内容の変更・追加・中断・終了を行うことがあります。

  2. これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当サービスは責任を負いません。

第6条（免責事項）

  1. 当サービスは、動作の完全性・正確性・安全性を保証するものではありません。

  2. 利用環境、通信状況、端末の違い等により、
    正常に動作しない場合があります。

  3. 当サービスの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、
    当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。

第7条（規約の変更）

  1. 当サービスは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。

  2. 規約変更後に当サービスを利用した場合、
    変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第8条（準拠法・管轄）

  1. 本規約は、日本法を準拠法とします。

  2. 当サービスに関して利用者との間で生じた紛争については、
    日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
